How does registration work?

Priority registration is given to current Board Members, past Board Members that have completed 3 years of service on the NFCNS Board of Directors, and members  of Northfield Community Church. All registration is conducted in person at NFCNS.

All registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. There will be a sign-in sheet posted at each registration (prior to the actual time of registration) to ensure proper registration order.

Can I visit the school before the registration date?

Yes! Please come for a visit and bring your little one to see the classrooms, meet our teachers, and stay and play for a while!  See our school in action, ask questions, and find out about all the fun and exciting learning opportunities available for your child.

What if a class is full when I get to registration?

Any class that has reached capacity enrollment will be closed and a waitlist will be available.  All closed classes will be immediately posted on the school website. For waitlist details please contact NFCNS Director, Heather Burns at

What do I need to bring to enrollment?

All required paperwork is onsite at registration.  Deposit by check or credit card is required at the time of registration.

What if I change my mind after enrolling?

At the time of registration, you will be required to sign a copy of the NFCNS Enrollment Contract which outlines the NFCNS withdrawal and refund policy.  All withdrawal inquiries should be sent to the NFCNS Director.

Does NFCNS offer any type of scholarship?

NFCNS strives to make early childhood education an option for all families regardless of their financial situation.  We have a fund that is used to offset tuition costs for those families facing financial hardships, be they temporary or ongoing.
